Jurist Law Schools
If you are thinking about attending law school, there are some general things that you should think about first. Law school is time-consuming, expensive, and rewarding, but if you are not totally committed, wait awhile and do something else. You have plenty of time to decide if law school is really something you want to do.
The first thing you should consider is money. It is not fun to talk about, but it is necessary. You will be in debt when you graduate, especially if you attend a private school, and that is on top of your undergraduate debt. Yes, there are those who get scholarships, but that is extremely rare. So, unless you are fabulously wealthy, be aware that attending a private school will increase your debt anywhere from $80,000 to $150,000. A state school will be less if you get an in-state tuition rate.
